Shanghai Zhenou Industry's fully operational automatic car wash machine production base in Fengxian District features a 10000 sqm modern facility with advanced assembly lines, delivering an annual capacity of 2000 sets of computer-controlled car wash equipment.
Shanghai Zhenou Industrial Development Co., Ltd. recently announced that its KMRON automatic car wash machine production base in Fengxian District, Shanghai, has officially commenced full-scale operations. Spanning 10000 square meters, the facility is one of the largest professional car wash equipment manufacturers in East China.
Modern production facilities
The new facility was built to meet industrial 4.0 standards and is equipped with advanced production equipment including CNC machining centers, laser cutters, and automated welding robots. The workshop is divided into five functional zones: raw material storage, component processing, final assembly, quality inspection, and finished goods warehousing, enabling full closed-loop management from raw materials to finished products.
Significantly increased production capacity
According to the production manager, once the new base is fully operational, the annual capacity of Camelion series computer car wash machines will increase from 800 sets to 2000 sets, representing a growth of 150%. This capacity expansion not only meets the rising domestic demand but also provides a solid supply foundation for expanding into overseas markets such as Southeast Asia and Africa.
Quality Control System
Our base maintains a comprehensive quality management system. Every unit undergoes over ten rigorous tests before shipment, including 72 hours of continuous operation testing, hydrostatic pressure sealing checks, and electrical safety inspections. All critical components are managed with traceable coding to ensure stable and reliable product quality.
R&D and Production Collaboration
The new facility includes a dedicated R&D testing workshop, enabling the full development cycle—from prototype fabrication to small-batch validation—to be completed in-house. This significantly shortens the product development timeline. Close collaboration between R&D and production teams allows Kaimelong to rapidly iterate products based on market feedback, maintaining a competitive technological edge.
