Kaimelon launches the "100 Cities, 1,000 Service Stations" after-sales network expansion initiative

To enhance the customer service experience, Camelon announces plans to build a nationwide after-sales network covering major cities within the next two years, with a commitment to 24-hour response and 48-hour on-site repair.
Shanghai Zhenou Industrial Development Co., Ltd. today officially launched its "100 Cities, 1,000 Stations" after-sales service network initiative to provide faster, professional technical support and maintenance for Camelon automatic car wash machine users nationwide. The plan is expected to be completed within two years, achieving full coverage of all cities at the prefecture level or above.
Upgrade Service Commitment
Per the new plan, Camelon commits to the following service for all currently sold and covered devices: response within 2 hours of a service call, with a technician dispatched to your site within 48 hours (excluding remote areas); ample stock of standard spare parts to prevent repair delays; and two free annual inspections to identify potential issues early.
Technical Training System
To ensure service quality, Kaimelong has established a comprehensive technical training system. All after-sales engineers must complete a one-month pre-job training program covering equipment principles, common fault diagnostics, and safety operation protocols. Additionally, the company regularly conducts advanced training and skills assessments to keep the team's expertise up to date.
Digital Service Platform
To support our offline network expansion, Kaimelong has launched a digital service platform. Customers can submit repair requests, track progress, and download operation manuals and maintenance guides via the WeChat official account or website. The platform also enables equipment data upload, allowing technicians to remotely diagnose certain issues and reduce unnecessary site visits.
"We understand that excellent after-sales service is key to earning customer trust," said a representative of Shanghai Zhenou Industrial Co., Ltd. "The Hundred Cities, Thousand Stations initiative is not just an infrastructure investment—it's our firm commitment to delivering long-term value to our customers."
